Shipping destinations
- We ship locally in Singapore and internationally
Shipping times
- Most customers in Singapore can expect to receive their order within 7 business days.
- International customers should receive their orders within 14-21 business days.
Due to the volatile COVID-19 situation, current delivery times may take longer than usual. We seek your kind understanding but will do our utmost best to deliver in time.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping within Singapore for orders over SGD $60
- Orders in Singapore under $60 will be charged for shipping. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
- Free international shipping for orders over SGD $100
Customs duties or taxes may be required to be paid by the recipient upon arrival, depending on country policy.
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
- We accept secure payments via credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
Exchange fees may apply for payments not made in SGD.
Returns
Your safety and the quality of our product is important to us. For the safety and hygiene of our customers, purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if your received order is incorrect or has a manufacturer's defect, please send us a message at pharmacy@pacificbios.com with your order number for assistance. We are able to arrange for exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and provide you with assistance.
If your return is accepted, we will send further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for safety purposes.
Kindly note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned unworn, unused, and in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned products and update on the status of the refund.
The product evaluation process may take 3-5 working days upon receipt of the items. The refund/exchange process will begin only after we have completed the product evaluation and if the product is deemed a valid return.
If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shelf Life
3 years from manufacturing date
Storage
Store under cool, clean, and dry conditions. Avoid excessive heat (over 40°C or 104°F) and sunlight.
Testing
All tests were conducted in accordance with ISO 13485:2016 Standards.
